Since its foundation in 1988, CastiLa has been committed to excellence in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. Our mission is to provide a high-quality education that combines language immersion with cultural experience. Located in the historic neighborhood of AlbaicínWe offer a unique educational experience that allows students to experience the language within its cultural context. We are dedicated to:

Our vision is to be a global leader in Spanish language teaching and the promotion of Hispanic culture. We aspire to create a dynamic and multicultural learning environment that fosters understanding and appreciation of linguistic and cultural diversity. Our goal is to provide education through knowledge and the acquisition of linguistic skills, promoting communication and intercultural understanding. We want our students not only to master the Spanish language but also to develop a passion for the target culture and become ambassadors of the rich Hispanic cultural heritage.

Our brochure stated in 1988: “Castilla was born from the desire to showcase, alongside its language, a Spain full of contrasts, from the enthusiasm for a language capable of unifying all diversity – even its own linguistic differences – and from the belief in a society where cultural exchange is paramount. We like borders, and we enjoy crossing them.”
