A comprehensive program in a safe environment that includes classes, outdoor social activities (sports, cultural, recreational, etc.), and accommodation with Spanish families. Students are part of a multinational group of young people, which includes "local ambassadors"—Spaniards of a similar age who facilitate a truly immersive and age-appropriate experience.

The common language is Spanish, which is used in different situations:

– With their Spanish families: with their host “parents” and “siblings”.

– In the classroom: with experienced teachers, specialized in teaching teenagers and developing materials appropriate for their age and level.

– Outside of class: in carefully planned and organized activities according to the students' interests and communicative objectives, previously supervised by their teachers. Examples include:

* Sports and other leisure activities.

* Must-see attractions: The AlhambraRoyal Chapel, Charterhouse monuments and places of sociocultural interest.

* The diverse cultural richness of Andalusia: Cordoba, Seville, Baeza, Úbeda…

* The varied natural wealth of GranadaNatural parks, mountain ranges, beaches, countryside: Sierra Nevada, Sierra de Huétor, Costa Tropical, Guadix...

* Ceramics workshop with renowned masters from Granada; environmental workshops; cooking workshops; football matches for boys, girls and teachers; beach volleyball, salsa classes; the opportunity to meet young people their own age; a paella in the school garden…

Content

Program summary

• 20 hours of class per week; 4 classes per day, Monday to Friday.

• Between 2 and 9 participants per group.

• 1 daily extracurricular activity, supervised by teachers:

Sports: football, volleyball, tennis… Visits: excursion to the AlhambraCity walks… Workshops: ceramics, environment, cooking… and much more: paella (in the countryside or at school), salsa classes, flamenco classes, swimming, group conversations, school parties, bike rides, visits to the market, the library…

• 1 weekend excursion, Saturday or Sunday, organized by the school staff: choose between the beach, natural parks or cities (Cordoba or Seville).

• Accommodation with Spanish families, single room, full board. Extra activities with the family: the city, the countryside, the beach.

• Airport pickup to your family.

• Access to swimming pool and sports facilities.

• Access to study rooms and library.

Improve students' communication skills by combining classroom activities designed for young people with age-appropriate extracurricular activities.

• Practice and progress in students' communicative skills, with special attention to listening comprehension and oral expression and interaction.

• Certificate of attendance and completion of the course.

Specific Conditions

Individual enrollment in the courses is subject to the General conditions and the following ones specifically for minors:

• Limited availability: CastiLa It offers a maximum of 16 places per program, confirmed in order of registration.

• Confirm the registration deadline for each course (see Dates).

• Enrolment must be confirmed by the management of CastiLa.

• Payment for the course will be required after receipt of the booking confirmation.

• Enrollment of minors requires authorization from parents or legal guardians (Parental or legal guardian consent document)

NUMBER OF STUDENTS PER GROUP: Maximum of 8 participants per group, minimum 2.

CLASSES PER DAY: 4

CLASSES PER WEEK: 20 + Extracurricular activities (5-6)

DURATION OF EACH CLASS: 50 minutes

SCHEDULE: From 9:30 to 13:35 (Break from 11:15 to 11:50)

METHOD: Practical communication activities with attention to form. Rotating teachers. Team of teachers specialized in teaching adolescents.

MATERIALS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Books and school supplies.

SOCIAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES: Activities every day, in the afternoons with teachers, and on weekends with teachers and specialized collaborators. Participation of 'local ambassadors', minors of a similar age.

ACCOMMODATION: In the family of trust of CastiLaFull board (3 meals). Within a maximum walk of 20 minutes from the school.

NATIONAL HOLIDAYS 2026 (no classes): April 3, May 1, June 4, August 14, October 12, December 8 and 25.
