REGISTRATION
To book an online course, you need to pay in advance for the package of classes you choose.
PAYMENT METHODS

CONFIRMATION AND PROCEDURES
Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation of your booking.
CLASSES AND SCHEDULES
Classes are 50 minutes long. You can take one or two consecutive lessons (50 or 100 minutes). The price includes all materials provided by the teacher.
Class schedules will be arranged between the student and the teacher, preferably from Monday to Friday. Weekend or non-working day classes may be subject to price variations.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To participate in the classes, the student must have, in addition to an adequate internet connection, a Skype account and a Google Drive account.
LEVEL TEST
If you already have knowledge of Spanish, we recommend taking the online level testDuring the trial session, we will complete the test with oral expression and interaction. This will allow us to understand your needs and establish goals together.
CANCELLATION OF CLASSES
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by email to the school. If we do not receive cancellation notification or if the student does not attend the class, they will not be entitled to a refund for the lesson and the cost will be deducted from their class package.
If CastiLa If an online course is forced to cancel a class with less than 24 hours' notice due to teacher illness or force majeure, we will do our best to replace the teacher or, as a last resort, reschedule the class.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION
Once the booking has been confirmed, there are no refunds.
If, due to a justifiable force majeure, a student is forced to cancel or postpone their classes, the school will offer them the opportunity to take those classes at another time. This will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation notice and will not be grounds for a refund.
Classes are not transferable to another student.
EXPIRATION OF CLASSES
Reservations for 1, 5, 10 and 20 lessons expire 12 months from the reservation date.
Claims
If the student has any complaint regarding the classes, they should communicate it as soon as possible by email.
