General description

General Spanish course with the same structure as the intensive courses (101. General A(20 hours per day), designed for those with more time, for stays of between 8 and 52 weeks. Longer durations result in a lower weekly tuition fee. Of course, CastiLa's methodology and teaching quality are guaranteed, with a maximum of 6 students per class. As with other courses, the content, objectives, and method are adapted to the student's communication needs and level to ensure their progress, as demonstrated by the CastiLa level scheme.

Methodological approach: what the course consists of and how I will learn

The course development is based on the practice continuous from Spanish. Combines the practice from grammar with the practice of communication. A succession of interactive classroom activities, developed from the most advanced perspective of linguistic studies, which aim at the continuous participation of the student.

In summary: practical exercises and communicative activities to improve the four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Teacher rotation: teachers change in each class.

At what rate will I progress?

The content from level A1 to C2 is distributed in 24 modules de 1 This weekly program can be supplemented with additional modules, if needed, to progress from levels A1 to C1, as well as specialized courses to reach level C2. This structured curriculum ensures the progressive acquisition of communicative skills, from the initial levels (including absolute beginners) to the advanced levels (C1 and C2). Students begin in the module corresponding to their level, which is determined beforehand through an interview and a test.

The method's adaptability allows beginners to become familiar with a new language, begin using it, and gain confidence (A1, A2); from the intermediate level (B1) to master it and speak it fluently, achieving maximum communicative independence (B2); and at the advanced levels (C1, C2) to reach the highest level for complete mastery of Spanish. All students, regardless of their level, enjoy Spanish from day one in a unique immersive environment.
