Erasmus Plus is the European program for the period 2021-2027 in the area of ​​Education, Training, Youth and Sport.

Erasmus+ offers mobility and cooperation opportunities in:

    • higher education
    • vocational education and training
    • school education (including early childhood care and education)
    • adult education
    • youth
    • and sport

This program has an estimated budget of €26.2 billion for scholarships and financial aid for European citizens. This amount is almost double the funding of the previous program.

CastiLa It is a destination center that participates in and leads collaborative projects with educational centers and other institutions.

The programs of CastiLa They meet the requirements to obtain the grants and scholarships offered within the Erasmus+ program. These must be applied for through your workplace or study center in your relevant national agency. Count on the collaboration of CastiLa for specific proposals and for applications for aid.

Courses in CastiLa that meet the conditions for Erasmus+ scholarships and grants

Key Action 1 – KA1, for individual registrations

If the participant is linked to an adult education organization (as a student or staff member), this organization can apply for funding for: – Structured courses or training at centers registered with E+ as CastiLa (accredited by the Institute) Cervantes– Short-term stays (generally 5 days to 2 months). Note: The applicant cannot request the aid individually; it must be done by their organization (adult center, NGO, etc.) within a mobility project.

A teacher ELE Those working at an educational institution abroad can participate in:

– Structured training or refresher courses, such as those offered by CastiLa.
– Training or observation placements (job shadowing).

Important:
– The application for funds must be made by your educational institution.
- CastiLa, as a center accredited by the Institute Cervantes, can issue the necessary documentation (letter of acceptance, detailed program, etc.) to justify the training.

It allows:

– Individual mobility stays for training, such as language or methodological refresher courses.
– In centers registered in E+ as CastiLa.

This action covers structured training, language immersion and improvement of professional skills.

– It allows financing of short stays abroad for groups of students, accompanied by their teachers.
– The originating center must be registered in Erasmus+ and submit the project.
– The receiving center (as CastiLa en Granada) must be a host partner that provides language classes, cultural activities and accommodation if needed.

This allows:

– Short-term stays (min. 5 school days) in accredited institutions as CastiLa.
– Language immersion activities, intensive courses and cultural activities.
– Funding for the mobility of European university students within the Erasmus+ framework.

It allows:

– Structured courses, linguistic or methodological training.
– Cultural immersion program.
– Short-term stays for teachers ELE Europeans.
– Erasmus+ funding for travel, course and accommodation expenses.

Key Action 2 – KA2, with collaborative project

Availability and experience of CastiLa to participate in KA2 projects

CastiLa It actively participates in Erasmus+ KA2 initiatives as a partner for the development of methodologies, teaching resources and teacher training, providing a unique multicultural environment to ensure full immersion.
