BOOKING PROCEEDURE AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
How can I book?
If you are a complete beginner, we recommend you an initial intensive course (A1) with a minimum duration of 2 weeks. For starting dates please check: www.castila.es
If you have previous knowledge, you need to do a written and oral level test at CastiLa. Ask for an appointment at 0034 958 20 58 63, whatsapp 0034 626 905 158 or email firstname.lastname@example.org In case you need to do the level test via internet and Skype/Telephone interview, please contact the secretary as above.
We also offer level tests and some free sample classes on our “open days”. Please check www.castila.es/openday for more information.
The duration of the test depends on the language level. Maximum time is: 15 minutes for the oral and 50 minutes for the written test. In case you do the written test outside the school, please take it along on the day of your oral test, where it will be corrected.
Dates and time for level tests from January to May: on Mondays 09:30 – 10.30h, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11.30 – 17.30h.
If you have studied Spanish at CastiLa before and want to continue or extend your course, the teachers will recommend you the appropriate level.
To continue on the next course/level, approval of the teachers is necessary (exam, continuous evaluation).
Certificate of Level and Certificate of Assistance
Once your Spanish level is determined you can book for your course. It can be done directly at CastiLa, via internet, email or telephone. Together with the confirmation of your booking you will receive the invoice of your course which can be payed by bank transfer, credit/debit card or cash.

-Monday to Thursday: 10:30 – 18:00; Friday 10:30-14:30 (Office closed on February 28, March 30, May 1 and 31)
Registration in the Centre implies the acceptance of the general rules (please check www.castila.es) In addition students have the right to 1) participate on the extracurricular sociocultural events/activities offered by CastiLa 2) access the school and its facilities (library, cafeteria, wifi, accommodation) on the established conditions for students.
The registration is valid upon receival of the payment. In case the course is cancelled, you will receive previous notice prior to the beginning of the course. In such case, the total of the course fee is refunded.
Course cancellation: via email to email@example.com or directly at CastiLa. If you cancel your course on Thursday prior to the course beginning, we will refund 80% of your payment. If you cancel your course after that date, there is no refund, however, the possibility of postponing the course is considered by management.
To start a course, a minimum of 3 students is required. Confirmation of the booked course together with the required timetable and language level, has to be done prior to the beginning of the course (at least 24 hours before the starting of the course). CastiLa has the right to cancel the course and in which case 100% of the payment will be refunded.
CastiLa has the right to change the timetable of the course in case of exceptional circumstances. This change is to be agreed upon by the students who will be informed in advance.
In case you miss class, inform the secretary or your course coordinator as soon as possible. The course content of this class will be sent to you. The secretary is not allowed to give personal data of the teachers.
Change of Course / Level
Students can request a change of group due to timetable or language level. Any change of class needs to be approved by the academic team.
February 28th, march 30, may 1 and 31. These bank holidays are reflected on the calendar.
The classes will take place at CastiLa, Carmen de los Gatos 1, 18010 Granada, Albaicín.
