ENROLMENT AND PAYMENT 
To book an online course, you need to make the payment in advance of the package of lessons you choose.

Once we receive the payment, we send you the booking confirmation and other useful information for your stay with us.

  • The bill will made by applying the fees published in the current year. According to this point, any occasional error in receipt, invoice, e-mail or letter will be corrected.

CONFIRMATION AND PROCEDURE
Once the payment is received, you will receive a booking confirmation.

ONLINE LESSONS
Lessons last 50 minutes. You can take one or two lessons in a row (50 or 100 minutes). The price includes all the materials that the teacher will place at your disposal.

Lessons will be scheduled by student and teacher, preferebly Monday to Friday. Lessons held on weekends or outside of working hours could increase prices.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 

In addition to an adequate Internet connection, a Skype account and Google Drive access are required.

TRIAL LESSON
It is essential that students who already have knowledge of Spanish take our online level test. During the trial lesson, that level test will be completed with a oral part, which will be very helpful to determine the student’s level and needs in order to set goals together.

LESSON CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by e-mail to the school. In case of not receiving notification of cancellation or not attending to the lesson, the student will not be entitled to refund and it will be deducted from his / her class package.

In case CastiLa online is forced to cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours in advance due to illness of the teacher or due to force majeure, we will do our best to replace the teacher or, ultimately, we will reschedule the class.

BOOKING CANCELLATION

Once the booking has been confirmed, there are no refunds. If, for force majeure, the student is obliged to cancel or postpone his classes, the school will offer him the chance to postpone the lessons to another period. This will be valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation notice and will not be refunded at any time. Lessons are not transferable to another student.

LESSONS EXPIRATION
The booking of 1, 5, 10 and 20 lessons will expire 12 months from the date of reservation.

CLAIMS
If the student has a complaint regarding the lessons, he or she should let us know as soon as possible by e-mail.
