Miners' Route – Sierra de Lújar

The route followed by the miners from Órgiva to reach the mines in the Sierra de Lújar. This hiking route in Granada It delights us with breathtaking views of both the high peaks of the Sierra Nevada and the white villages of the Alpujarra.

The route is about 12 km long but has a considerable elevation change and stony terrain, so the level of difficulty is middle finger.

Hordeparture and arrival8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Arrival time is an estimate as the pace of the excursion depends on the participants.
Rerecommendations: Bring food for breaks and picnics, and water. Hiking shoes or boots and warm clothing, including gloves, a hat, and sunglasses.
